Your Info:  Make sure you request the names you want on your name tag. Also make sure the spelling is right, I do make mistakes.  I will post these exactly the way you ask. Once these are ordered and the proofs made you must tell me if there are any corrections otherwise, you bought it.

Your actual name will go on the top line and your forum name will go under that. "Unless" you tell me you want to leave one of these names off.  Then I will leave the bottom line blank.  If your forum name is your actual name then we can leave a blank at the bottom.  If you want any line left blank please indicate that when you order.

If you see a discrepancy please let Barnyard know so this list can be corrected. 

Shipping: The initial order will be sent to me.  The vendor will not send them individually. I will then repackage them to get them to you.  If you want to have a batch of them sent to you I can do that. One idea is to ship them to the Cubfest host and let him hand them out to the guests at his event.  This will save a little on shipping. I can also mail them to anyone not going to a CubFest. 

Postage and shipping cost (bubble pack envelope) will be $3.20

Paying: As soon as I know how many we will need I will know how much they are and I will announce the cost.

Clip Styles: You have a choice of clips

The bar pin is standard and will be on your tag unless you specify another style

The magnetic is optional and is an additional $1.00.

The magnet is the separate piece seen in the photo.  These will not stick to metal with out that piece.

An alternative is to order the tag with a blank back.

 These will be shipped with an optional adhesive magnet attached to the back for an additional $1.00.

The gator clip is also an additional $1.00.  If you have to wear one of these like I do at work, you will probably find this style to be bothersome, especially with a t-shirt.

What you need to do

About a day after these are ordered from the vendor I will receive an email telling me they are ready to be checked for accuracy.  The company will give me a website location where we can see them.  I will post this location on the forum so everyone can verify the accuracy of their tag. It is important that you check yours immediately so we don't slow the process.  If there is a mistake, that will be the time to fix it.  I am told that once I tell them they are okay it will take about two days to make and ship.  I will let everyone know when I get them.

Once I order I can not change it or add anyone.
